Love of Fate Farm & Sanctuary is a unique eco-conscious destination in Dugspur, Virginia that blends sustainable farming, compassionate animal rescue, and immersive guest experiences. Our mission is to restore land and waterways, provide sanctuary for rescued animals, and grow high-value organic crops—while also offering visitors a chance to connect with nature through our tipi rental village, community spaces, and farm-to-table living.

Through regenerative agriculture, renewable energy systems, and eco-friendly infrastructure, we’re building a model for rural resilience and sustainability.
